What This Is
A Little Bird is what happens when an analyst gets tired of watching her own pattern reads land six weeks later in someone else's byline.
One-woman shop. Civic-tech background. Forensic audit history. Thirty years of esoteric, philosophical, geopolitical, and technical reading running through one working brain. Built in California in real time, on a regular paycheck, between a 9-to-5 and feeding two dogs.
I do integrative analysis. I file predictions before they happen. I keep the receipts where you can find them. I call it like I see it.
The Frame
Subscription capture. That's what we call it.
Food, water, energy, information, mobility, money, the body itself — every survival requirement is being routed into rent-extraction architecture. Not as a metaphor. As a coordinated plan operating exactly as designed. The framing of "discrete stories" is the only thing keeping the campaign from being recognized as one campaign.

What We Do
- Track the vectors. Eight of them. Every piece tagged by which capture vector it's hitting.
- File predictions. Date, time, location, conditional logic. Then we score them. Publicly.
- Build dossiers. Operators by name. Sourced. Cross-referenced. Updated.
- Keep receipts. Every claim sourced. Primary source > government > NGO > press. We always link to origin.
- Hold the frame. No chasing the news cycle. No false urgency. No empty outrage. Pattern over headline. Always.
What We Don't
- We don't run author photos. The work isn't about the face.
- We don't take ad money. Nobody buys placement on our vector map.
- We don't soften for comfort.
- We don't pretend to be neutral when we're not. We are nonpartisan on facts and openly partisan against capture architecture. Those are different things, and we keep them clear.
A Little Bird and The Dissidents Network
A Little Bird lives next door to The Dissidents Network (dissidentsnetwork.org), a separate civic platform I also built. The two are built to be distinct on purpose, and the distinction matters.
The Dissidents Network is nonpartisan factual infrastructure. Public utility. It tracks officials, signals, and the five zones — Orient, Protect, Know, Build, Connect. It feeds the data layer. No editorial voice. No opinion. No byline. Just verified signal organized so people can find the truth without having to be a full-time analyst to do it.
A Little Bird is the editorial voice. Mine. Analytical, opinionated, named. It draws on DN's data and adds the read.

Methodology
Eight capture vectors. Color-coded. Visible. Every piece carries a vector tag.
Predictive calls go on the public tracker — pending, partial, accurate, or wrong. We don't move the goalposts. If the conditional logic of a call doesn't hold, we mark it wrong. Frame integrity is the discipline.
Source hierarchy is fixed: primary source > government > NGO > press. Never social media as a primary source. We don't run anonymous claims as fact.
Methodology is the credibility. The work has to hold up to anyone who wants to check it. That's the whole point.
