One non-claim, preserved on purpose. The Catholic Information Center’s Opus Dei direction since 1992 is documented; its ties reach DOJ, White House counsel, HHS, and the Heritage presidency. No primary source establishes Opus Dei membership for any judicial or executive figure on this map, and this map does not claim it. The venue is the fact. The fact is enough.

What the record actually shows on BlackRock and Heritage. Three independent research passes found no documented institutional tie between BlackRock and the Heritage Foundation — the two have publicly clashed over ESG. They are not coordinated. They are two separate vertebrae that plug into the same administration: BlackRock through the state (Trump Accounts ETFs, a CIO on the Fed shortlist), Heritage through Project 2025 personnel. The capture frame is convergent operating logic, not a backroom. That is the defensible claim, and it is the one the paper supports. (Note: Heritage Commerce Corp, a bank holding company, is NOT the Heritage Foundation — do not conflate the two.)
